Then to give the officer further reason to justify a drunk driving arrest she miserably fails 2 separate field sobriety tests. On top of all this it was caught on tape! Not an easy charge to beat.
This girl’s best option would probably be to hire a DUI attorney to work out a plea agreement with the prosecution. However, because a breathalyzer test was not administered she may have been able to beat the charge, it’s hard to say.
